Terms of Service
Effective May 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of FacturaBridge (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read the disclaimers carefully.
What the Service does
FacturaBridge helps US companies record payments to Mexican contractors and generate compliant CFDI 4.0 facturas (stamped through an authorized PAC) plus audit-ready records. The Service organizes records and prepares documents. It is not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Subscriptions & billing
- Pricing is flat and monthly (Starter and Growth tiers). A payment card is required; there is no free trial.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. Your tier is determined automatically by your number of billable contractors and may change as that count changes.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax data you and your contractors enter (RFC, régimen, EIN, amounts, descriptions) and for the tax positions you take. You should verify your specific situation with a qualified Mexican contador and a US CPA. FacturaBridge does not guarantee a particular tax outcome or that any authority will accept a given document.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to submit false records, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that documents will be accepted by the SAT, the IRS, or any other authority.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacturaBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. See our Privacy Policy. Questions: legal@factura.julivn.dev.
